Portsmouth – Chelsea 0:4

Well David James is the king. The king of mistakes. He did it again in the last Carling Cup match, when his team Portsmouth lost 0:4 against Chelsea. He is a professionist at making these kind of goofs. Only one team existed on the pitch. The 1st goal was scored by Lampard from a penalty obtained by Michael Ballack.

The French midfielder Malouda managed to defeat the Portsmouth keeper with a low and hard shot from inside the area. The third goal is scored by Frank Lampard. A ball is sent high in the area, James misses the interception and Lampard is at the right place, at the right time. The football simply hits him and enters the net. Malouda does the double in the 64th minute when a defender looses the ball down the left, the midfielder takes it and scores, by sending the ball next to the left post.
